Step one: Consultation
Send me a message using the form on this page. We’ll discuss what you are looking for and agree upon a size and timeline. Plan on about 2 weeks for a mid-sized painting.

Step two: Photo Reference
You’ll send a photo reference for the painting. If you wish, you may send more than one photo - additional images can help me get a feeling for the subject - but there should be one primary image. Do you need help taking or picking a great photo reference for your painting? Use these guidelines.

Step three: Review Mock-up
I’ll send you a mock-up of your painting with composition, background, and color for you to review. Once you are happy, I’ll begin the painting.

At this stage, I request a 25% deposit.

Step four: Review the Painting
I’ll send the painting for you to review. If there are any tweaks or changes needed, you can let me know at this point.

Step five: The Painting ships to you!
Once the painting is dry, I will carefully pack and ship it, or if you are local, deliver it to you!
